Letter of Intent (no more than three pages) should include: What is the general intent of the proposal? How will the proposed project address an unmet need? What range of funds will you be requesting? Contact information, year 501(c)(3) status granted, and organization’s annual budget amount. Organization’s mission and geographic area. Selection of finalists who are invited to submit a full proposal	June 30, 2013
Proposals due from finalists	August 31, 2013
Interviews with finalists	September 2013
Site visits to finalists (if applicable)	October 2013
Foundation board meeting – grantee selections	November 2013
